BMS Y-Club… A Heart For Serving Others

Y-Clubbers are performing a sugary service by making valentines (candy included!) for the residents at the Haralson Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center. Additionally, this year we have donated winter coats for disadvantaged community members, given baby blankets to moms with newborns, and participated in the BA canned food drive.

These kids are the cream of the crop! They have a heart for service! 😀😀😀

Sunny Crane represents the 999 who came before her. Here’s a big shout out to all who have taken the time to tell BMS students about what the work place offers.  Thank you is an understatement!

Happy ThanksLiving!

Happy Thanksgiving, oops, I mean HappyThanksLiving!!  Live a life of thanks year round… not just for a week, my precious students!

Give thanks.  Live thanks.  Be joyful.  It’s contagious!

Have a wonderful week off.

It’s Inspiration Time!

Every quarter in the BMS Career Center, each grade level class watches a motivational movie to inspire them on to greatness in life.  For 6th graders, it’s Facing the Giants, for 7th graders, it’s Gifted Hands, and for 8th graders, it’s To Save a Life.  My students absolutely love these movies and are so pumped up after watching them. Hopefully, they will take that energy and change the world!
Yep!  It’s another good week in the BMS Career Center! :)
